OurArea Community is live. It's a property management platform built for the realities of African markets, designed for property owners, managers, and the teams and residents they serve.
We built it because too many properties still run on WhatsApp groups, gut instinct, and manual spreadsheets. Owners can't see where their money goes. Managers can't prove what they've done. Tenants can't track whether anything got resolved.
