We've found wildly different unit-counts across African estates, so per-site pricing scales with size. A 30-unit residential block lands at ₦20k/site/mo on Professional. A 400-unit estate lands closer to ₦55k. We quote you a fixed number the day you sign up — no surprises.
What's the 14-day free trial?
Every plan, every site, every feature for 14 days. No credit card required. We don't downgrade you at the end — we just ask if you'd like to continue.
Are there setup fees?
No. Never. Free setup is a permanent OurArea commitment — including on Enterprise. We'll walk you through configuring your site, importing residents, and going live. Most sites are live the same day.
How does the 30% waitlist discount work?
If you join the waitlist before our May 2026 launch, your year-one pricing is locked at 30% off the published Professional or Business rate. Forever. Even if you upgrade later, the discount carries with you.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade any time, downgrade at the end of the current billing cycle. No penalty either direction.
Do you charge per resident?
No. Residents are unlimited on every paid plan. The only constraint is sites — and on Starter, units.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, card, USSD, Paystack, Flutterwave. Multi-currency where supported. Invoiced billing on Business and Enterprise.

Yes. Cancel any time, export your data any time. We do not hold your data hostage — it's yours.
